The LZ3 is also an original Ibanez active pickup, but with higher output than the LZ4. It produces a fat sound with good clarity perfect for distortion sounds.

Specially designed to function with the fat and strong LZ3 pickups, the output is controlled by an active circuit to provide pure tone free of noise.

One of the best guitar i've own. Its appearance is similar to mick thomsom mtm2 but with the dotted inlay gave away the difference not to mention the gibraltar bridge too. Changing string is a breeze.. what attract me most is the eq switch,u can easily achieve those scooped metal sound that im dying for..
Not forgetting that thin neck for ur alternate and sweep picking made much more easier its like 123. Its not that heavy so that means more hours training wihout strainin ur shoulder. Big thanks to azizi at sv peninsular for introducing me to this guitar...im loving it.
