Please wait...The "Montreux Custom Shop Pedals" is the Montreux effect pedals series, aiming for the world-class effect pedals from Japan, with "Made in Japan" being thoroughly insisted on. The series of processes including the basic design, selection of selective and reliable parts, working of chassis, assembly and operation check is all done in Japan, literally "Made in Japan." In the assembly process, all the components are made by hand-wiring, point-to-point wiring and true bypass as with heart and soul. The domestic production has also a great advantage that the manufacturing process as well as the shipment and even the user support can be controlled based on a thorough communication between Montreux and the manufacturers. Further, the number of units manufactured per month is limited to about ten, so that our products can satisfy all the users. The "Montreux Custom Shop Pedals" is now brought out with the pride of Montreux and the pride of "Made in Japan".
The "Screamin' Lady" is a 2-in-1 pedal having a TS OverDrive pedal and a Boost pedal designed in a manner to push the TS OverDrive pedal. The OverDrive section in the latter stage has three controls of Volume, Tone and Gain, and additionally is equipped with a Clipping switch of 3MODE-SW, which is employed in many hand-made pedals. That is, the TS (Silicon-Diode-Clip) is on the left, the COMP-CUT (Clip-CUT) on the middle, and the BRIGHT (LED-Clip) on the right. So, you can obtain your favorite drive in conjunction with a guitar, an amplifier and other pedals. The Booster section in the former stage has two controls of Volume and Pre-Gain. The Pre-Gain is different from a usual Gain in that sort of both Gain and Tone can be efficiently adjusted by one knob, and designed such that the player-desired Tone simply sounds when both sections are on. Of course, each section can be independently switched on/off.
