Swing Special is a mixture of vintage-looking colors and contemporary features.
SWING SPECIAL features all the advantages of Swing strats: 100% made in Korea , Alder Body+Canadian Maple Neck, Swing BluesBreaker & HeartBreaker Alnico pickups, quality hardware like Wilkinson WV2 tremolo & Locking Tuners, etc.

“ Alder Body+Canadian Hard Maple Neck ” should be a stable combination in making bolt-on style guitars.
All woods are acclimated for years under humidity & temperature control before being used.

BluesBreaker and HeartBreaker pickup feature quality materials like Alnico5 Magnet, fiber bobbins, German Silver plate, etc. The pickups cut through with a distinctive high end and midrange attack, sometimes heavy and sticky tone for Rockin' Sound.

Two pivot screws are considered by some to give a better fulcrum action than the six screw "classic design". If this is your choice then this is the "vintage" bridge for you.
This bridge is supplied with pivot posts that utilize inserts to give them the structural stability needed when only two fulcrum posts are used. Adjustable for height, this bridge can be "Floated" above the guitar body for ultra smooth vibrato effects. Push-in vibrato arm, vintage spec bent steel saddles and "stagger drilled" block are all featured on this model.

Locking tuners guarantee easy string replacement and tuning stability. The locking tuners on Swing Special have wider locking buttons than Sperzel tuners, so the tuners are easy to grip and they easily get locked.

All SWING Electric Guitars & Basses are equipped with Graph Tech Nu-Bone Nuts. Compared to standard materials, you'll hear crystal clear bell-like high end, big open lows, and a noticeable increase in overall sustain.
Graph Tech Nuts have quickly become an important tone performance tool for many guitar manufacturers, luthiers and playing professionals around the world. Especially, Nu-Bone nuts have rich tone and sustain, without the inconsistency found in ivory, bone and other natural materials. Bone and ivory have hard and soft spots (grain), throughout each piece, hampering consistent transfer of vibrations to the guitar.
